• Involve with designing and developing world-class solutions and demonstrating SAP best industry practices as well.
• Communicating with business users for better understanding of the requirements and converting the same into Functional Specification document.
• Getting the new design/developments approved from Client internal SAP Central Control Board.

• Open to explore for solutions or ideas by stretching out of the normal SAP borders and looking various avenues like SAP OSS notes, Internet and other means so that an extra mile could be reached. Take initiative to research and understand areas of concern relating to project/task assigned to, not necessary confining to SAP specific.
• Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude to learn. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Analytical skills.

Summary of the role:

• Processing of Inward Remittances
• Processing of Corporate Fixed Deposits
• Processing of Outward Clearing Cheques
• Covering duties of Team leader on Outward Remittances and eGiro

Main Duties:

• To ensure that all the Fixed Deposit deals for the day are correctly and timely processed
• To ensure all the inward remittances are correctly and timely processed
• To ensure the Nostro Position cash flow is correctly reported
• To ensure the Fixed Deposit deals are correctly booked, validated, settled within limits/approvals and payments are effected on a timely basis
• To ensure the Inward Remittances are correctly credited based on authenticated messages
• To ensure the COMBO evening reports tallied before sending out the Nostro Position to HKG CMO
• To liaise with HKG CMO on FX contracts booked
• To check END OF THE DAY report for Combo trades

Secondary Duties:

• Quarterly/Semi annual report submission on MAS survey statistics reports
• Attend to any projects beings assigned by Team Lead or Department heads
• Able to work in agile environment and cross cover whenever is required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holders may apply

• Good knowledge of Swift/ MEPs messages

HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM

• Salary: $4000- $4500

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
• Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
• Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
• Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
• Manage and maintain employees within the Group’s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and
  other employee relations matters
• Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
• Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group’s employee appraisal
• Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company’s documents including but not limited to
  Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
• Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned
