• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of research and development experience in areas such as:

1. Computer Vision
2. NLP, including LLM core components (e.g., joint entity relation, information retrieval, prompt engineering, reasoning, sentiment analysis, guardrails)
3. Generative AI (e.g., synthetic data generation)
4. Audio Analytics
5. Large Vision Language Models (LVLM)
6. Embodied AI

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or C/C++, with experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI research trends through literature reviews, conferences, and team knowledge-sharing.
• A proactive approach to delivering effective solutions within tight timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and, preferably, mentoring skills.
• Competent in documenting technical specifications, architectural designs, and best practices.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days working in office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities of the Job:

• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection following Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority permission.
• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.
