Overview

The Consultant is responsible to understand & analyze requirements and develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications and program codes.

Knowledge Ascertainment

• Develop in-depth knowledge for at least 3 modules/areas of one product under NCS’s focused competencies.
• Develop competencies to cover minimum 50% of the product focused competencies.
• Updated with the latest ERP trends and features.

A little about you:

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform raw material, intermediate and final product Quality analysis
• Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method
• Supports troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis
• Support establishment and maintenance of lab system and equipment validation and calibration
• Maintenance of quality document and development of quality procedures
• Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures
• Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables
• Support Procurement process and upkeep of inventory
• Implement and improve analytical and equipment work process
• Implement and participate in safety and quality improvement activities
• Other works as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Science related field
• Min 5years experience in analytical laboratory environment
• Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration and polymer testing equipment
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation
