Key Responsibilities

• Perform activities associated with Information Technology’s ERP system; business process architecture/design, and technology adoption of the ERP system.
• Participate and lead the implementation of Finance modules across all the projects by providing necessary business process consulting, training, SOPs, documentation, and applications consulting to ensure success in using the ERP software as a tool to improve overall business performance.
• Participate in our customer’s ERP solutions implementation in all business areas. Subject Matter Expert in Accounting and Financial Consolidation.
• Work with management to prevent or remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related fields of study with 3 years of relevant experience including hands-on experience as ERP user/implementor in Accounting.
• Candidates with CPA are a plus.
• Candidates with experience as an accounting professional and wanting to make a career switch are welcome.
• Experience in SAP Business One, Microsoft Navision, Sage Accpac will be an added advantage.
• Business knowledge or previous experience in F&B and Trading sectors will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Develop and implement recruitment procedures and strategies to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the hotel
• Analyze the hotel’s manpower requirements
• Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of qualified personnel, following established standards, policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and other financial reporting.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes that are performed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for ensuring that monthly, half-year, and annual reports and other financial reporting are delivered in line with deadlines.
• Oversee the analysis of organizational revenues, liabilities, assets, and other financial indicators to forecast short and medium-term performance.
• Managing cash management and other related activities.
• Review loan agreements to ensure that completeness and accuracy are in accordance with the company policy.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of full set accounting experience

• Required Mandarin Language to provide consultation in Mandarin for Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Experience in Credit underwriting or loan assessment will be advantage.
• Experience in lending industry will be advantage.

Additional:

• Mon to Fri: 1030am to 730pm
• Once a month saturday need to work: 1030am to 130pm
