· Develop data migration strategy

· Provide hands-on coding and debugging when necessary, serving as the technical point of escalation.

· Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

1. Domain Expertise in Banking

· Banking Processes Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations, including customer accounts, loans, deposits, payments, and regulatory requirements.

· Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

· Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various core banking products (loans, credit cards, deposits, etc.) and their lifecycle management.

2. Core Banking Software Expertise

· Experience with Core Banking Platforms: Familiarity with specific platforms like Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, or T24.

· Integration Skills: Ability to integrate core banking systems with third-party services

· Customization and Configuration: Experience in configuring and customizing core banking systems according to the bank's specific requirements.

3. Software Development and Engineering

· Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Java, C++, Python, or SQL for backend development and system customization.

· API Development: Experience with RESTful or SOAP APIs for integrating with other financial systems and third-party applications.

· Database Management: Expertise in working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) for managing large volumes of transaction data.

· Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with microservices for breaking down core banking functionalities into independent services that can be scaled and maintained separately.

· Kafka, Cloud computing, API Gateway, IPAAS like Boomi or Mulesoft

4. Enterprise Architecture and Solution Design

· Architecture Frameworks: Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks to design scalable and efficient systems.

· Systems Integration: Experience in integrating core banking systems with external systems like CRMs, ERPs, or mobile banking solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Good to have any certification in Core banking

· Good to have any certifications in AWS, Azure or GCP

· Good to have any architect certifications like TOGAF

· Good to have any project management certifications like PMP

· Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.

Preferred Education:

Overview

To be part of our Cyber Business Solutions & Services (CBSS) Team, provide consultancy and advisory services on information security governance, audit, risk, and compliance for our clients in the public and private sectors.

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Conduct information security risk assessments, compliance reviews and/or audits on client’s systems, which include IT and/or OT infrastructure and applications
• Develop and review client’s information security framework and policies
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consultancy and advisory services
• Manage multiple projects to ensure that services are completed in a timely manner
• Evaluate applicable changes on standards, polices, directives and guidelines from the Client and disseminate to project teams for adherence.
• Conduct Annual Self Attestation for project teams to gather compliance posture, track remediation to closure and provide timely updates to Client.
• Plan and conduct Independent Reviews (IT process audits) on selected Applications/ Infrastructure with approval from Client to undercover gaps, improvement areas with the inclusion of tracking & reporting of remediation status to closure.
• Conduct quarterly briefing sessions to project teams on frequently used policies/ directives and common observations/improvement area from audits to enhance compliance and create awareness.
• Provide consultation to project teams on queries related to standards/ policies/ directives.
• Provide advisory and QA to project teams and stakeholders on their responses, evidence, remediation plan to auditors or compliance related declarations during external audit exercise.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes and compliance readiness.

A little bit about you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years working in areas of information security governance, risk management, and audit; experience in other areas of cybersecurity will be considered
• Experience in Singapore based Government projects will have an added advantage
• Knowledge ofInformation security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, MAS TRM, NIST CSF, GovTech IM8, and CIS Controls
  Security technologies and operations
  GRC tools (ServiceNow IRM, RSA Archer)
  
• Preferable to be certified in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISMS Lead Auditor, ServiceNow IRM, COBIT, ITIL
• Team player with interpersonal skills
• Excellent in oral and written communication
