Roles & Responsibilities:

To support Shilla’s rapid expansion in Singapore, we are recruiting for Beauty Consultant to join our growing family.

The Beauty Advisor will provide customer with beauty touch, elevate customer experience through providing excellent customer service, maintaining good customer relationship, sharing of product knowledge and expertise. You must be passionate about beauty products, sales driven and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
• Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise.
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling / cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
• Drive and achieve individual sales target on a monthly basis, in a team environment.
• Perform inventory replenishment as and when required.
• Maintain basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures.
• Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment.
• Any other duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with prior cosmetic and perfume sales, travel retail background is highly desirable.
• Great passion for Perfumes & Cosmetics and work towards to achieve sales goals
• Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude
• Good team player with a positive personality
• Able to perform retail operational hours which includes weekend and public holiday
• Bilingual with the ability to speak third language an added advantage - to liaise with multilingual associates
• Must be comfortable to work in Changi Airport

New hires who are working in frontline will receive 1 month bonus after they complete their 12 month of employment.

Associate

• Working Hours: 5 Days [9am - 6pm]
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
• Location: Commonwealth

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 year of working experience in accounting, audit, corporate or individual insolvency and/or restructuring space.
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA // Business Administration or equivalent

Jobs Scope:

• Preparation of documents for conflict checks.
• Liaising with clients on the documents required.
• Performing an analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the clients.
• Performing a review of historical transactions.
• Investigating the cause of the insolvency.
• Assisting in the preparation of cash flow projections and assessing the validity of the assumptions adopted, taking into account the liquidity constraints / requirements of the client.
• Liaising with government bodies such as CPFB, IRAS, MOM and CPFB.
• Liaising with various stakeholders in the administration of various forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements (such as judicial management, liquidation and receivers and managers) including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators.
• Familiarising themselves with the prevailing insolvency laws.
• Assisting the Directors and Managers on the administrative aspect of the engagements such as time reporting, preparation of the Bill of Cost, documentation tracking etc.

We are seeking an experienced Veritas Data Insight Consultant to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in the sizing, deployment, implementation, and technical support of Veritas Data Insight solutions, with experience in Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) or InfoScale. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sizing and Design:Analyze client requirements and design scalable, effective solutions for data insight and governance using Veritas Data Insight.
  Conduct proper sizing to ensure solutions meet current and future storage and data management needs.
  
• Deployment and Implementation:Lead the deployment and configuration of Veritas Data Insight solutions, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with client systems.
  Implement and optimize Veritas Data Insight solutions for maximum effectiveness in data visibility, usage monitoring, and security compliance.
  
• Technical Support and Problem Resolution:Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and timely problem resolution for Veritas Data Insight and associated products.
  Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as necessary, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Customer Relationship and Collaboration:Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
  Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure project objectives are met and best practices are followed.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:Produce detailed documentation of technical processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
  Prepare and present reports, project updates, and technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Veritas Data Insight, including deployment, implementation, and support.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Veritas Data Insight, Veritas Cluster Server (VCS), or InfoScale.
  Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  Familiarity with data governance, storage management, and compliance best practices.
  
• Soft Skills:Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  Proven customer relationship management and client-facing experience.
  Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to achieving project success.
