Your Role

• Delivers client service resolutions by engaging and working with other functional areas and internal stakeholders both locally and globally, ensuring timely and efficient level of service excellence.
• Ensures follow up to day-to-day client queries and issue resolution in conjunction with Fund Accounting / Transfer Agency etc., to ensure SLA and KPIs targets are met.
• Responsible for overall project planning for the clients including new funds, mergers, liquidations etc. in conjunction with New Business Teams and Operations
• Ensures timely completion and publication of monthly reporting including calculating Key Performance Indicator levels and review of monthly reporting packs to client / trustee
• In partnership with the Relationship Managers, prepares for and attend Board Meetings and is responsible for reviewing board packs and following up action items raised during the meetings.

Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. You are required to have IT experience and broad knowledge across infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies. Service Delivery

• Providing leadership and management of the Service Support Office and Project Administration in supporting the Client
• Acting as a Single Point of Contact in Client Engagement

• Representing OneCare when engaging NCS CSU and Sales Specialists
• Owning the Scope, SLA, Cost Plan of maintenance contracts managed by him/her

• Forecasting revenue and costs of ongoing projects/contracts with minimum deviation

• Supporting Sales, as required, during negotiations of the Scope, SLA and Cost Plan
• Liaising with PMA, CSU Finance in matters of :-
  • Revenue forecast and accrual

• Evaluating needs and delivering continuous process and service improvements

Service Management

• Manage and prioritize service requests, dispatching technicians appropriately and monitoring progress to meet service level agreements
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service department performance, and continuously work to improve and exceed targets

Customer/ Vendor Management

• Negotiate with vendors and across teams to ensure adequate resources are available during various phases of the project
• Build relationships with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with systems implementation
• Manage contracts and subcontractors
• Negotiate with customers on change request effort, schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs
• Clear and open communication with customers on project issues or clarifications

Business Development

• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities

Team Management

• Liaise with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule
• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader/members
• Delegate tasks effectively by providing clear and specific instructions and goals
• Provide leadership to the project team to ensure that proposals/enhancements are fully analyzed and evaluated for their benefits and costs
• Provide the project team with accurate information about business needs and priorities as well as details about existing business systems
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance Management

The Manager is responsible for supporting the Director in driving, leading and supporting the three key thrusts of the Centre for Health Activation and fulfilling the departmental goals.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead the development and implementation of a sustainable patient education and research roadmap, community engagement framework and toolkit that would help enhance and elevate the branding and reputation of the Centre for Health Activation. This includes preparation and presentation of proposals for the approval of Senior Management and other relevant meeting platforms and ensure timely completion of all projects and reporting of outcomes.
• Drive strategic projects and initiatives pertaining to taking on a leadership role in building and sustaining new and existing community partnerships to drive activation efforts within NHG, CHI and CHA. Develop and implement a conducive framework and environment for individuals to take charge of their own health and to care for the health of others in the community through a well-developed patient education framework.
• Build and sustain community partnerships in the areas of training volunteers and co-creating a community of practice in driving health literacy efforts. Create the means, framework, platforms and environment for NHG residents to take charge of their own health and to go beyond self-care to serving the community.
• Create and build a vibrant marketplace by bringing together volunteers and partners from different organisations to network, share experiences and best practices and exchange ideas and bond with one another. This diversity allows NHG to have fresh perspectives for better decision making, risk management and a more robust corporate governance.
• Build communities of activated and health literate volunteers with shared interests. Ideas garnered from learning platforms could go towards research or to improve the framework in developing and sustaining a community of Patient Education Ambassadors.
• Identify and leverage potential funding programmes and partners as seed funding for implementation of pilot health literacy programmes under the auspice of CHI and CHA.
• Identify appropriate research tools, partners and methodologies such as the adoption of validated tools and digital platforms, which enables the patients to assess their personal activation levels and equip them with the resources, knowledge and support to increase activation levels through experiential learning.
• Lead large scale community events and festivals within set budgets, standard operating protocols, funding mechanisms and pre-defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree in business, communications, social sciences, behavioral science, psychology, social anthropology or a related field will be an advantage
• At least five or more years of community engagement and/or research, preferably in the healthcare and/or social service sector.
• Must have prior experience in leading teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and influence behaviours to get work done
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and manage projects independently with minimal supervision
