Sourcing Specialist (Recruitment / Uncapped Commission)

• Central - Near Shenton Way / Downtown / Tanjong Pagar MRT
• 5 days work per week (Monday - Friday)
• Degree in any discipline + With CEI is a plus + Sales driven

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.

Key focus areas include:

• Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients. Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
• Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
• Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.

The job Scope includes:

• Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
• Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Skype)
• Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks

• Assess organizational training needs and enhance the competency framework with training programs and evaluations.
• Manage training systems, budgets, audits, funding claims, and internship programs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Lead employee engagement activities, town halls, and organizational communications.
• Support plant-wide communication initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Recruitment and L&D
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
