What the role is

The Pathway Manager (PWM) has a critical role within Fencing Singapore (FS) and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive athlete pathway programme. a. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of FS National Pathways across all weapons, genders, age groups, and participation* levels.
