Responsibilities
· Conduct in-depth research on talent markets, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to identify potential candidates.
· Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
· Evaluate candidate profiles, assess their suitability, and create detailed summaries for hiring managers.
· Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
· Analyze recruitment data, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize sourcing efforts.
· Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with business needs.
· Map out talent pools, including competitor organizations and niche industries.
· Initiate conversations with potential candidates, nurture relationships, and manage communication.
· Prepare regular reports on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
· Stay updated on recruitment best practices, emerging tools, and industry developments.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
· Min 1 year of HR or recruitment experience
· Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
· Thoroughness in candidate profiling and documentation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with candidates.
· Ability to navigate changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
