  Match candidates to suitable roles based on their skills, experience, and aspirations.
  Provide career advice to candidates and prepare them for interviews.
  
• End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:Manage the full recruitment process, including role briefings, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Market Research & Business Development:Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to offer strategic recruitment advice.
  Identify opportunities for new business development and contribute to the growth of the company.
  

Requirements:

• CEI-Basic
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or client relationship management (experience as a 360-degree consultant is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and KPIs.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
