Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of a spa to ensure it runs smoothly and provides a quality experience for guests.

• Tending to the needs of guests
• Maintaining consistency in standards and performing ongoing training with all staff
• Ensuring guests are provided a relaxing environment
• Performing spa treatments, massages, facials and wellness therapies
• Managing inventory, including beauty, bath and treatment products
• Assigning tasks and coordinating staff and facility schedules
• Ensuring the spa meets hygiene standards and complies with all health and safety regulations
• Communicating with clients and responding to queries to increase loyalty and satisfaction
• Maintaining a client database

· Provide consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards.

· Ensure high level of service standards

· Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.

· Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks,

· Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely

· Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships by providing timely and accurate support on client requests and inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support the organization and execution of client events and meetings to enhance client engagement and relationship building.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor degree/Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in public relationship,Management or Bussiness development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. This includes recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of the sales team.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's customer base. This involves setting sales goals, forecasting sales, and analyzing market trends.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that arise.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Descriptions

• System Integration Planning - Develop comprehensive integration plans for ELV systems, including BMS, EPMS, and structured cabling, outlining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Technical Expertise - Possess in-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including BMS, EPMS, and structured cabling systems, along with their functionalities, protocols, and integration methodologies.
• Evaluate system requirements and design integration solutions that meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Integration Implementation - Lead the execution of integration projects, overseeing the deployment of hardware, software, and networking components.
• Review and verify points list for accuracy against project Basis of Design, Sequence of Operations and Specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and successful implementation of integration solutions.
• Testing and Validation - Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues, working closely with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
• Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on integration progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback.
• Collaborate and Resolve integration-related issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes, configurations, and system specifications.
• Generate regular reports summarizing integration activities, test results, and key findings for stakeholders and management review.
• Training and Support – Coordinate with vendors for training and support documentation and presentations to end-users and stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of all integrated ELV systems.
• Safety Compliance - Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations, standards, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or any related field or Tradesman (Certified)
• 5+ years of “Hands On” project experience in the field, not only office-based experience.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ELV systems, with a focus on BMS, EPMX, Plant Manager PLCs, and structured cabling systems.
• Strong technical expertise in ELV systems, including knowledge of protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), networking principles, and structured cabling standards (e.g., TIA/EIA).
• Proven management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor integration projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess system performance, identify issues, & implement solutions.
• Competent in the use of PC applications (Microsoft Office suit or equivalent).
• Salary Range: $7800 - $8000 (Based On Experience)
