Outlet Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Manage and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations with right delegation
• Monitor the reservation status and communicate with culinary team

Job Description: Events Manager at a Gin Distillery

A bar and restaurant owned and run by the same passionate people of Tanglin Gin - Singapore’s first Gin Distillery.

Tanglin Gin - Singapore’s first distillery has relocated to a central area with a FnB front,

showcasing our products through hospitality, masterclasses and distillery tours with the

aim to grow our brand organically. We produce an assortment of spirits, focused on but

not limited to Gin and are looking for a motivated and responsible individual that will help us grow our F&B arm of the business.

Position Overview: As an Events Manager at our Distillery and Front-of-House, you will

be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that promote our brand, engage our target audience, and contribute to the overall success of our

distillery.

You will work closely with our FOH team, marketing team, distillery staff, and external vendors to create memorable experiences for our customers and guests. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and creative skills, as well as a

passion for gin and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution:

● Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including selecting vendors,

managing budgets, creating event timelines, and coordinating logistics.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure

Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. This role focuses on the creation of tokenized securities, including money market funds, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution. • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for tokenization offerings, specifically focusing on money market funds and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
