We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager (Customer Service) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative processes.

The Admin Manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive work environment by managing office resources, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to support the team and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist external finance company on matters for payroll, company tax, and monthly general accounting admin
• New employee orientation
• Upkeep records of confidential information of employees and contractors
• Liaise with external HR company on work pass application
• Application and Maintenance of Company licenses with SPF, MOM, SFA and LTA.
• Work with external vendors to manage support software and AI automation systems
• Oversee and manage customer service/admin team in the execution of the following

1. Reviewing and validating customer purchase orders
2. Manage new customer account setup and credit approval
3. Processing customer order entry into Company Ordering Portal and SAP in a timely and accurate manner
4. Making direct contact with customers to resolve any order related issues
5. Managing backlog orders and work with internal parties to resolve any order and/or delivery issues not meeting promised delivery dates or project schedules
6. Ensuring orders shipped are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner, including obtaining support documents like proof of delivery

• Provide secretarial support to Managing Director and General Manager
• Management of office team for general upkeep of the office

Responsilbilities:

• Prepare online banking payment.
• Update cash flow
• Manage petty cash and maintain proper records
• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare and submit GST quarterly
• Monthly & yearly accounts closing
• Preparing monthly & yearly reports to management
• Prepare and submit yearly income tax for company and personal
• Deal with IRAS queries in relation to the tax computations submitted
• Prepare statutory year-end reports and filing.
• Ensure AGM is held within the allowed time frame
• Ensures compliance with local government requirements
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience
• Possess fluent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
• Hardworking and responsible team player

Remunerations:

• Working Days: 5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday)
• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Annual Leave: 14days (for the 1st year), subsequently will increase 1 day and capped at 21 days

Job Summary

Achievement of economic profit, goals, business financial performance, monitoring and control for the credit card business in Singapore. Primary responsibility is to manage the overall Credit Cards Rewards Programme from managing the cost, construct, and partnerships to drive credit card spends, loyalty and engagement.

• Build and design unique rewards redemption proposition
• Ensure rewards offers remain competitive in the market through strategic partnerships and relevant offers
• Identify opportunities with partners/brands to roll out rewards offerings and promotions
• Support the delivery of process efficiencies and optimisation initiatives to improve client experience and keep rewards costs manageable
• Manage redemption mix to reduce cost per point and overall rewards costs, and provisioning in line with targets
