Qualifications:

• Degree in any discipline
• CEI – KAH is required for this position
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team, driving business growth, and meeting financial targets in a recruitment or staffing firm.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
