Seeking Singaporean to join as DC Operator (Batch Scheduler)

1 year contract under employment agency payroll

Basic salary range ($2500 - $2800) + OT Pay when required + Performance bonus

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri Staggered hours from 0730 - 1700 & 1000 – 1930 &
• Alternate Sat 0730 - 3pm

Jobscope:

• Planning and Scheduling of daily Data Change
• Planning of day/weekly/monthly/ yearly Batch jobs accordingly to Business Unit requirement.
• Attending to PJS request.
• Provide control run support of batch operation during migration/plan activities.
• Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR)
• Perform Daily /Weekly/Monthly Batch execution reports.
• Provide support during IRAS DR pertaining to Batch execution.
• Monitor the wellbeing of the Batch execution and planning
• Perform Incident (Batch scheduling) escalation (Ensure incidents are reported and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr based on criticality, impact and SLA).
• Coordinate with various stakeholders / Batch owner to fix the technical issues/ Batch job failure timely support to customers.
• To work cohesively with customer

Requirement:

• Singaporean (required G50 clearance)
• Min Higher NITEC in IT
• Comfortable to work staggered hours from Monday to Friday (0730 - 1700 & 1000 – 1930) and alternate Saturday (0730 - 3pm)
• Good working attitude (willing to learn, punctual, etc.)

• Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues reported by Jira and Windchill users.
• Ensure the ongoing currency of Jira and Windchill through routine maintenance activities, continual system performance monitoring, and application of upgrades as needed.
• Review and approve user requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Offer training sessions and ongoing support for users of Jira and Windchill.
• Maintain and update procedures and work instructions related to Jira and Windchill applications.
• Uphold Jira and Windchill systems in alignment with MSPL’s standards and best practices.
