Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute car exhibitions and automotive events, from concept development to completion

Job requirements:

1. More than ten years of experience in German car maintenance.

2. Able to quickly and accurately complete the diagnosis of various types of German vehicles.

3. Able to efficiently and reasonably assign subordinates' work tasks to improve the overall operating efficiency of the company.

4. Able to assist the technical director, provide technical training for subordinates, and improve the technical capabilities of technical personnel.

5. Cooperate with the operation department to coordinate the relationship with customers. Optimize the process of picking up and sending out vehicles.

6. Cooperate with the operation department to assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees. And quickly adapt to work and integrate into the team after joining.

• Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions
• Manage, lead, and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH supervisors and sub-contractors.
• Manage and control project budget and ensure project completion within the timeline.
• Analyze and prepare the overall schedule and project execution plan.
• Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan.
• Liaise with main con, consultant and client representative.
• Plan and allocate resources, projection and forecast of manpower.
• Ensure proper management and control of project documentation.
• Conduct internal daily site meetings and attend essential meetings.
