Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily AP operation activities, timely processing of invoices and payments
• Liaise with AP related issues with relevant department
• Manage vendor invoices by matching to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO).
• Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices.
• Handle bi-monthly payment cycle.
• Assist on day-to-day office and admin duties such as filling documents, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Other ad hoc as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum CAT/LCCI/ITE Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform General Radiography to produce good quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care
• Provide prompt imaging services while ensuring safety, good service and care to patients
• Perform general radiography (X-Ray) in a clinic setting
• Implement quality assurance programmes and ensure compliance, as well as initiate system improvement
• Adhere to safety work practices especially in radiation safety and infection control
• Supervise and guide Healthcare Assistants within section of responsibility in the day-to-day operations.
• Conduct training and coaching for staff in relation to radiography and update on current departmental imaging protocols.
• Ensure performance indicators of the section like waiting time for appointments and imaging services, patient turnaround time per examination are within set targets
• Assist in the evaluation and purchase of equipment and accessories.
• Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects/activities as assigned by the Management.
