Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital tools to apply innovative techniques.
• Work with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.
• Oversee content creation to ensure consistent messaging and design.
• Manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
• Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
• Manage paid search campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and cost efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and report results to senior management.
Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop content strategies that engage target audiences and drive results.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized materials.
Email Marketing & Automation:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
• Handle email segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Social Media Strategy:
• Create and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage audiences.
• Manage social media calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Job Requirements:
• Min. bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (certifications like Google Analytics or HubSpot is an added advantage).
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a successful track record in campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social media, content, and email marketing is preferred
• Proficient in marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and CMS (WordPress, Shopify) is preferred
• Knowledge of web optimization, UX/UI, and conversion rate improvements.
