Operation Team Leader (Permanent)
Infra Sol. Dept./IT Operation and Service Management Team
Responsibilities
- Manage Team budget as and when, closing period and yearly budgeting or forecast period.
- Manage resource and allocate resource accurately
- Manage each proposal for internal process before share with customer
- Manage Project team and operation team knowledge transfer or operation handover when neccesary
- Manage business partner and vendor as a Lead and manage team members to estimate Maintenance support, Operation support cost
- Escalate and report to Managers while project facing major issue
- Report manager in daily basis in terms of budget, resource and operation forecast schedule
- Daily Team management and meeting is mandatory task.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with Minimum 5 years of Team leading, Team budget, Team schedule & Team resource management experience
- Must have knowledge in On Prem/Cloud/Network/Server for Operation cost estimation purpose
- Should have Demonstrate the ability and desire to adapt to new technologies & ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have ITIL V3 / V4 certified
- Good to have Familiar with cloud services-related software and hardware technology and products
- Good to have experience in handling projects related to the software-defined data center or cloud service infrastructure
- Good to have willingness to travel when project assigned & Manage customer relationship when neccesary
