What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain FactSet Systems (B-One, SPAR/PA) for performance measurement, reporting, and attribution analysis.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless performance data integration into proprietary systems like HERA and ATHENA Dashboards.
• Deliver accurate and timely investment performance reporting for Portfolio Managers, Sales & Marketing teams and Senior Management.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead development and production deployment of enterprise-level analytic data products (also potentially pilots and proof of concepts), determining appropriate design strategies and methodologies.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Preferably 10+ years of work experience building, managing, and leading high-performing, diverse, collaborative, and geographically distributed data engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability as a strategic technical partner, working collaboratively with data analytics, data science, product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners, to plan, prioritize, and achieve company goals.
• Experience starting, leading, and evolving technical forums, with effective soft skills, as well as representing data engineering and architectural considerations in cross-team settings.
• Experience developing and nurturing data engineering talent, including implementing training, upskilling, and mentorship plans. Expert-level engineering, architecture, and system design knowledge, with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience developing efficient and scalable production software in Python, Java, or other programming languages commonly used in data engineering
• Understanding of event-driven and/or streaming workflows with tools like Kafka and Spark Aptitude with ETL concepts and tools, including experience ingesting, processing, and transforming a variety of data at scale Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehousing concepts, and cloud-based analytics databases.

Admin Execs will support our Customer Relation Executives by collating the necessary information and submitting the work pass applications on behalf of Six Rivers’ clients. Admin Execs are required to have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries, and need to have experience and know-how in work pass application matters.

Admin Execs will not be required to report to a physical office. All liaison will be via electronic means.

Admin Execs will be required to keep detailed records of the applications made, track the progress and update management and Client Relations team once MOM approves the application. All work pass transactions must be completed within 24 hours of assignment, with no exceptions. Admin Execs will be required to provide status updates to management via online meeting platforms or Whatsapp, and must do so promptly and accurately.

Providing excellent customer service to our clients is the backbone of Six Rivers’ philosophy. It is essential for our Admin Execs to be prompt and accurate in the submission of work pass transactions, and all other work as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Must have valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries.

2. Have min 1 year experience in work pass applications cycle, in an employment agency or as company HR personnel directly involved in work pass applications.

3. Must be self-disciplined and have innate sense of urgency to complete work assigned accurately.
