The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall strategic management and execution of core operational functions within the company. This includes leadership over Trip Support, Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations, Aircraft Owner Accounts, Crew Logistics, and the coordination of suppliers and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management of Trip Support Functions
