Requirements

• At least 'O'/Diploma in Business or in any other field
• 2 years of relevant recruiting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenge
• Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• CEI Cert holder
• Singaporean & Singapore PR only
