The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the Asia customer services team, ensuring effective collaboration with Account Managers, the Logistics team, and customers for timely and precise communication. This role focuses on fostering long-term customer relationships and enhancing the value of the services provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in regular customer meetings to assess performance, address requirements, and refine processes.
- Monitor order and delivery schedules, coordinating with customers, the customer service team, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Attend quarterly reviews with customers, led by the Account Manager.
- Handle and resolve claims by implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Consistently maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Logistics Team; coordinate as a one front approach towards customers
- Monthly operational review with Account Managers, Logistics and Customer Service Teams to review and resolve all outstanding issues
- Prepare and organize operations in accordance to company quality guidelines
- Oversees and manage AOG rostering and assignment
- Develop effective strategies that enhance operational work flow and distribution
- Manage individual team member’s performance to targeted standard through combination of feedback, coaching, corrective counselling and discipline, and performance review
- Analyse service operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement including people, processes and technologies
- Support our process of continuous improvement with customers, vendors and providers
- Work in accordance to ISO9001 and AN/EN9120 standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and related experience in the Aviation and customer service functions
- Previous management or supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead team with strong delegation skills is required
- Experience analyzing and determining staffing requirements, work schedules, and resources needs is desirable.
