The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. 3. Supplier Classification, Relationship Management and contract management

5. Know, understand and stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, best practices, etc.
6. Monitor Strategic/key Suppliers to provide internal notifications and develop risk mitigation scenarios
7. Analyze past and future demand volumes, inventory trends and current inventory levels
8. Drive Procurement Digital Strategy (Digitization and Automation of processes) and reductions in Total Cost of Ownership (i.e. supply programs, catalogs) at TSL
9. Supplier assessment and due diligence: Conduct assessments and audits of current and potential suppliers to evaluate their compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards. Identify risks and areas for improvement and collaborate with suppliers to drive corrective actions.
10. Supplier performance monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance in responsible sourcing. Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement.
11. Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, sustainability, and operations teams, to ensure responsible sourcing practices are integrated into procurement processes.
