Position Overview:

The AV Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless audio-visual (AV) operations and production for MAS's critical internal and external engagements. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and creativity to support MAS's high standards of professionalism and innovation. Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV, or equivalent.
2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV/VC operations with supervisory responsibilities.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and strong video and photographic skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of AV hardware (e.g., cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound systems) and software (e.g., TriCaster, OBS, vMix).
