Asia Pacific Regional Catering Manager for a key financial client based at Marina Bay Financial Centre.
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced corporate catering professional to join a key clients busy regional operation based at Marina Bay Financial Centre. Working closely with our client’s regional director, you will oversee and elevate catering operations, systems, processes, and work closely with front of house teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, and Australia to execute a best-in-class hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee catering inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to catering within the workplace.
- Partner directly with third party catering vendors across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, and Australia to execute onsite catering within the client’s workplaces.
- Manage and plan events, including but not limited to fire side chats, team off-site/team building and any other client/user request.
- Responsible for the management of catering satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys and optimization of food service operation.
- Financial management of catering services, including budget management and expense tracking.
- Proactive support to collect feedback from business team members regularly and take actions accordingly.
- Support the development of F&B services SLA’s and standard processes.
- Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients goals and objectives.
- General administrative work as reasonable requested.

- Assists with third party vendor relationships and service partners to provide optimal service delivery across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, and Australia.
- Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns exceeding Client expectations.

- Receives and responds to all requests or issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
You will bring:
- Minimum of 5–7 years corporate catering experience across multiple business lines with an understanding of building operations, landlord requirements, and catering logistics
- 10 years of customer service experience
- Deep understanding of Western, Asian, and Indian food & beverage markets
- Minimum of 5 years third party vendor management and governance experience
- Understanding of local food safety laws across Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, and Korea, including HACCP regulations
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
