Requirements

• Min. of Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Process Control & Instrumentation, Automation Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 15 years of relevant ICA engineering experience in the planning, design, SAT/FAT and construction of major waste to energy, water, wastewater, process plant projects or similar major industrial projects. POSITION SUMMARY

• Achieve an elevated visual merchandising presentation that results in a highly branded emotional in-store experience and improve sales results.
• Drive results by develop and execute short term action plans and long term strategies.
• Support the broader Sales Leadership Team, field visual organisation and other key stakeholders across the business on visual merchandising presentation, brand guide planning and execution, merchandising sell down strategies, visual training/ capability-building, and overall strategies to optimize the use of real estate to drive profitable sales growth and build brand equity.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Foster a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on deliver highly satisfying customer experiences.
• Serve on Sales Leadership Team and responsible for total store results.
• Support Sales Leadership Team to achieve and maintain visual and merchandising presentation standards.
• Lead and support planning and executive of brand guide in partnership with category managers and brand delivery team.
• Gain business insight and create SMART action plans that improve execution and results.
• Proactively identify and communicate Merchandise Flow and visual presentation challenges with recommended solutions.
• Drive execution and ensure that visual merchandising presentation standards are maintained in partnership with category managers; including identifying and acting on sell-down strategies.
• Ensure all SLT are trained to maintain visual merchandising presentation standards while engaging customers.
• Build strong communication and partnership with visual merchandising, VSI/ Beauty, Visual Production, Visual SD & C and allocation team.
• Actively participate in the talent selection process of all field leadership positions.
• Executive on-going visual merchandising training with Sales Leadership Team and Visual Associates.
• Candidate will be working in the store on retail shift.
• Perform any other visual merchandising related task/ or projects.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets within assigned territories, industries, and channels.
• Identify and develop new distributors in designated areas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct customers, purchasers, and end-users.
• Deliver sales and product training to distributors and end-users.
• Collaborate with key customers and distributors to plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional programs aligned with company goals.
• Recommend effective pricing strategies for all product lines.
• Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information.

Job Requirements:

• A highly sales-driven individual with strong self-motivation and a passion for increasing sales, coupled with a desire to be rewarded for success.
• Proven experience in sales is essential; prior experience in chemical product sales with a regional sales focus in Southeast Asia is highly preferred. Experience in the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors, as well as distributor management, is advantageous.
• Regional sales experience in Southeast Asia is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• A strong belief that sales is a numbers-driven field, with achieving targets as the ultimate goal.Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales is mandatory; experience in chemical product sales with a regional focus in Southeast Asia is highly desirable. Experience in the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors and distributor management is an advantage.

Team Lead - Software (Satellite) is responsible for driving the design and architecture of satellite mapping software systems. The incumbent is required to lead the software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components. Implementation of cybersecurity measures for software applications and planning for software maintenance, training, and consultancy to users on the deployed software is required.

Job Responsibilities

• To lead the software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.
• Having experiene involving Mapping, Geospatial software implementation experience.
• Experience in handling Geospatial, Satellite, Radio or Geo-Insights technologies.
• Continuously develop new skills & techniques in software technologies to improve and reduce software development time and effort.

Job Requirements

• Good experience as a Team Lead in leading the software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.
• At least 8 years’ experience in mission critical system software development.
• Proficient in developing full stack applications, preferably with C# and .Net
• Knowledge of Geospatial/ Satellite/ Mapping.
• Good programming methdology background.
• Knowledge in Computer Engineering or related field.
