Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple manufacturing sites in the Asia Pacific region to ensure consistent, high-level performance and the implementation of best practices.
• Oversee site performance, providing accurate forecasting, and streamlining production processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that contribute to operational efficiency.
• Provide support to local plant managers for the daily operations of manufacturing plants, drive positive results concerning production targets, optimal yields, and minimal cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Guide plants in meeting the quality and CSR requirements of various certification bodies. Oversee audit processes to secure certifications and address audit findings effectively.
• Aggregate and analyze management data regularly to inform and facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Maintain high levels of travel readiness to meet the demands of the role, which includes frequent travel up to 60% of the time.

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience as an operational leader within a high-pace, high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, manufacturing costing, and workforce management.
• Practical experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement techniques preferred; ISO certification is highly regarded.
