Overview:

The Beverage R&D Lead will lead the research and development, and innovation of beverage products for the company's brands, both in Singapore and regionally. ● Team Leadership:

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the R&D team at large, as well as the beverage teams within Operations.

● Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all beverage products comply with relevant food safety regulations, quality standards and health standards.

Key Tasks:

Conduct regular market research and consumer testing to identify new beverage trends and opportunities.

Oversee the documentation and standardization of all beverage recipes and processes, product specifications, ingredient lists, and production methods.

Produce prototype products for approval from key stakeholders.

Lead pilot production runs and scale-up processes for new products in collaboration with the Central Kitchen.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and motivate a growing team of designers
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Business to facilitate and foster alignment
• Define, craft and evolve design systems that result in a consistent and outstanding user experience across all of Flo's products, platforms and countries that we operate in
• Engage actively in design processes, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping, to craft high-quality user interfaces hands-on
• Drive change through user and data insights
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively to convey the design strategy
• Balanced ability to engage in high-level strategic thinking and hands-on design work

You will be a good candidate if you:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a product design role, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated through the successful management of design teams and projects
• A portfolio of work showcasing expertise in developing user-centered design solutions, creative strategies, and/or design systems for products across various platforms.
• A history of building design teams that foster a culture of creativity and innovation
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and requirements
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey design concepts, strategies, and outcomes to diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to address complex design problems

Make an Impact by:

• Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions to meet business requirements and improve network performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess network needs, and develop SD-WAN strategies.
• Configure and deploy SD-WAN appliances, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor SD-WAN performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations for optimal throughput and reliability.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain SD-WAN security policies, including encryption, firewall rules, and intrusion detection/prevention.
• Conduct network assessments and recommend enhancements to improve SD-WAN performance, scalability, and security.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and network operations teams.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to SD-WAN and network engineering.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP-NV, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on SD-WAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco Viptela, VMware, Fortinet or similar solutions.
• Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, and VLANs.
• Strong understanding of WAN technologies, including MPLS, VPN, and Internet circuits.
• Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
