Responsibilities:

• Internal Controls Assessment – Conduct reviews of internal controls to ensure they comply with JSOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements. This involves evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of control mechanisms, identifying any gaps or weaknesses, and recommending improvements. Additionally, ensure that all processes and procedures align with regulatory standards and best practices to mitigate risks and enhance operational integrity.
• Reporting and Documentation – Prepare detailed reports and documentation for risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compliance Program Management – Manage compliance programs, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
• Risk Assessment Coordination – Actively coordinate and conduct detailed risk assessments across various operational activities, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
• Lessons Learned Maintenance – Maintain and update a comprehensive database of lessons learned from past projects, facilitating continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Any other duties to be asisgned from time to time

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Prior compliance audit / Risk Management experience is preferred
• Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity, drive and sense of urgency
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently across different businesses units with different stakeholders
• Meticulous and mature with strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

*Attending to customer phone calls (Call Centre), Email and walk-in customer at Front counter.

*Scheduling daily repair jobs

*Preparing qoutation for repair job and spare part sales

*Coordinate with teachnician on repair job details and follow up

*Handle monthly Service Centre reports and invoices (Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position)

*Able to lead and supervise Customer service team (Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position)

*Candidate with relevant experience may conside for Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position

*Candidate with experience/knowledge on electrical appliance repair and sales will be a plus point

This role will drive innovation, streamline operations, and improve scalability, aligning with business goals and emerging technology trends. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, leadership ability, and experience in automation, transformation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead transformative initiatives for infrastructure and network systems Optimization, ensuring high availability, resilience, and scalability, especially for tools such as SolarWinds, ELK, and AWS.
• Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance infrastructure and network systems capabilities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop a roadmap for system upgrades and cost optimization.
• Design and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Establish and develop configuration management framework for IT infrastructure from ground up.
• Oversee capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning for current and future infrastructure needs.
• Enhance processes to support scalability, security compliance, and resilience of infrastructure and network systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT and business units to align infrastructure transformation related initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of technical experience in IT infrastructure and network management in a lead role, with a focus on transformation, automation, and optimization.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation projects and drive cross-functional team engagement.
• Hands-on expertise with tools and platforms such as SolarWinds, AWS, Ansible, Tenable.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, MCSE or similar, are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Thrives in dynamic environments and effectively manages shifting priorities to support business needs.
