Job Responsibilities
2 to 3 end to end implementation experience in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution companies in India and outside India.
• Must have good expertise in EDM Data Model and Device Management.

• Manage EMD Repository where all types of energy and energy-related data can be managed especially measurements in equidistant time interval.
• Manage Real time pricing that is special type of billing based on load shapes. Basically, to bill for each time interval. with a different price, for e.g., the spot price billing used for big customers that have huge energy consumption.
• Manage settlements in EDM for settlement of energy quantities for which the input data required for settlement is being derived from EDM Repository. Calculate the total load of a grid.
• Forecast the consumption and settle the energy quantities supplied through a utility network.
• Experience performing regular maintenance activities such as, monitoring and health checks, business KPI/trending analysis, error and log analysis.

Key responsibilities:

QA Strategy & Planning:

• Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for both manual and automated testing across various fintech applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, and operations) to create test plans, define test cases, and ensure full test coverage.
• Set quality standards and best practices for the QA team and broader engineering organization.

Automation Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering / software quality assurance, with 5+ in QA automation.
• 5+ year leading QA teams or projects in a high-paced, agile environment, preferably in fintech or a similar industry.

Technical Skills:

• Must have Strong knowledge of scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
• Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Previous experience of testing blockchain based applications and can articulate the nuances of such,
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

About the role

The Regional Manager- Financial Controller will own and evolve a Financial Control Framework that ensures our accounting records are complete, accurate and our disclosures comply with local and international reporting standards . This role will provide technical accounting support and guidance across the APAC finance teams as well as lead local initiatives and the APAC work stream of global Controllership projects.

The Regional Manager- Financial Controller reports to the Head of Financial Control, Operations & Planning, APAC. This role works closely with the Finance Operations teams in the region and is akey contact point for Tax advisors, auditors and Controllership colleagues in the London office and other regional offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing review and maintenance of accounting treatment in line with local regulations, commercial drivers and firm policy

• Lead the Global Category Managers (GCM’s) to produce best and compliant sourcing outcomes for each CIB area.
• Ensure stakeholders understand their obligations under the TPRM policy and procedures.

People & Talent

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
• Employ, engage and retain high quality people.
• Develop skill set of hub-based resource to be able to compliment onshore team.
• Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.

Risk Management

• Accountable to ensure that all initiatives undertaken are executed in accordance with SCB’s third party risk management policies and guidelines.
• Data Quality of all meta data is at the highest level
• Support and execute necessary actions and deliverables to meet existing and new regulatory requirements that relate to the bank’s supplier base.

Governance

• Ensure all sourcing activities are logged correctly and are Audit ready at all times
• Ensure the SCM CIB sourcing activities are always audit ready

Our Ideal Candidate

• 12+ years of experience in category management in the Financial Services (FS) technology background
• Specialisation in the Corporate Banking portfolio is required for this role
• Degree or equivalent qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law
• Professional Memberships: CIPS or similar desirable .
