The Lead Resident Technical Officer represents clients on construction sites. He/She must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects and ensures that construction projects follow contracts and regulations. The PTO Lead Process Engineer leads new product introductions and the transfer of drug products to other facilities of moderate/high complexity independently and is a coach for his/her colleagues on the commercialization and manufacture of all drug products. • Provides technical expertise for compliance activities such as audit and regulatory support. Acts as primary regulatory representative with business partners and regulatory agencies for moderately complex products/ programs/ issues.
