We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quotation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in interpreting technical specifications, providing accurate cost references, and supporting our sales and proposal teams with high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret customer tender technical specifications with precision.
• Provide cost and delivery estimates to the Sales Admin/Proposal team.
• Prepare and manage all technical documentation, including (but not limited to) technical clarifications, datasheets, proposal drawings, and tender technical answer sheets.
• Participate in tendering and quotation activities, providing technical support as needed.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with technical insights and expertise when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams to gather critical information for proposal development.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and consistently meet tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in the subsea or surface industry
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications.
• Experience in preparing and managing detailed technical documents.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating daily management operations

* Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

* Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

* Organize and supervise shifts

* Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

* Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

* Able to work night shift

Requirements：

* Proven work experience or similar role

* Proven customer service experience as a supervisor

* Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

* Acute financial management skills

Graduated from finance or other related majors
Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
Liaising and attending to clients and with auditors in preparation of clients' financial accounts;
Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation.
Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines ensure accounting deadlines are met;
Handling courier, postage and banking duties，assist with GST preparation，procurement of office supplies;
Digitization of documents and correspondences，in charge of office maintenance. maintain and update client database
