Program Summary:

The Southeast Asia-Pacific (SEAP) Regioncomprises six country programs: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji, reporting to a regional management and fundraising office in Singapore. This has recently been created as a new ‘super-region’, following the merger of two former regions of Southeast Asian Archipelago and Melanesia. Position Objectives:

The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) seeks a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support the regional management of WCS’s SEAP program. This is a rapidly evolving and growing program with a diverse and expanding portfolio of donors, partners and projects. The region presents a set of complex conservation challenges to biodiversity and their habitats and WCS field programs are addressing these through a number of initiatives including protected area management, community engagement, sustainable livelihoods, policy reform and sustainable financing.

Job Summary:

The Regional Program Manager (RPM) will directly support the SEAP Regional Director and work in close coordination with the Regional Business Manager and Grants Manager, and field program leadership. The primary objective of the RPM position is to ensure central coordination support to the regional and country programs in grant proposal, management and report development, donor compliance, knowledge management, implementation tracking and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Regional Franchise Director and be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies in line with our regional oncology business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with key opinion leaders, and provide market insights to support our core business activities. Your role will involve working with the sales team and driving the success of our products in the markets through enhancing awareness, demand and adoption within the territories
• Collaborate with the regional leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our regional business objectives
• May be assigned as liaison with selected business partners to ensure alignment on product development, registration timelines and commercial development plans.
• Provide guidance and coordinate with local medical & marketing teams to drive brand strategies, launch readiness and tactics.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Payers, Healthcare Professionals in the region, leveraging their expertise to gain valuable insights into oncology therapeutic area. Plan and engage KOLs and medical societies in alignment with business strategies
• Deliver annual marketing plans and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including sales aids, presentations, product documentation, and digital content, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and relevance to drive overall brand strategy, brand equity and architecture
• Monitor and analyse key marketing performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize marketing programs and adjust strategies as necessary
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging treatments to continuously innovate and elevate marketing strategies
• Lead and/or guide market access strategies towards successful reimbursement and innovative access programs to drive optimal patient access

Job Specification

• At least 8-10 years in pharmaceutical industry in marketing and brand management, preferably in oncology
• Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy/business management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a regional or cross-functional role and recent product launches
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscape in the region, including regulations, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. Working closely with the Sales team and global technical resources, the selected candidate will support the development and growth of Semiconductor industry products in the region, focused on Southeast Asia. The initial focus will be on Strip, Etch, and Clean (SEC) solutions, but will also grow to include the Elevate® line of electroplating products. Specifically, the duties will include:

• Having a deep understanding of Technic products for the Semiconductor industry,
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and market position/performance of comparable competitive products.
• Working with Sales team to select appropriate customer and application targets
• Visiting customers across the territory to understand their equipment, process, and product performance requirements.
• Starting-up and operating the Technic Wafer Processing and Failure Analysis lab
• Conducting product functional performance testing & measurements either on-site or coordinating with other Regions to generate test results remotely.
• Advising on laboratory upgrades needed to better serve customers
• Liaising with customers during qualification tests and providing trouble-shooting advice after installation
• Recommending the best product for the application based on product experience and/or laboratory trials
• Hiring and supervising at least one technician to maintain the lab and support customer trials
• Developing specifications and facility recommendations for local manufacturing of SEC products, either at Technic or third-party facilities
• Advise on hiring and lead training of operators for local manufacturing
• Set operating procedures, quality targets and release specifications for any eventual locally made semiconductor products
• Developing external collaborations with co-suppliers, Universities, or Government Research Institutes to strengthen our offering, improve our market visibility, or secure funding to advance our product offerings.

Requirement

• The role may require regular travel to Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand (1-2 times per month) & less frequent travel to France and the US (1-2 times per year)
• Qualifications: Graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Experience: 10 Years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Processing industries
