Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 15 to 20 years of Industry experience with a strong grasp of manufacturing industry and technology/solutions.
• At least 5 years of consulting or system integration experience.
• Proven track record in South East Asia is crucial.
• Proven experience in carrying an individual quota and achieving targets.
• Hands-on experience in shopfloor manufacturing operations and a strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Ability to articulate end-to-end digitalization messages to customers and map Accenture technology to customer requirements and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Case Managers and Administrators, driving operational performance through frameworks, training, and addressing underperformance.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires, including induction, buddying, observations, and one-on-one coaching to build confidence and skills.
• Conduct regular performance and caseload reviews, deliver thematic training, and implement learning needs analysis to support staff development.
• Manage recruitment processes for Case Managers, including screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring compliance with governance and contractual standards.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support crisis management, and address client complaints to uphold service quality.
