Compliance & Permits & Opearations Management

• Partnering closely with relevant stake holders to ensure that all legal, health, and safety requirements for outlets and team are met
• Working with relevant takeholders to secure necessary licenses and permits for operation.
• Oversee inventory levels for food, beverages and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained without overstocking and wastage
• Monitor and control operational costs, including manpower, food and beverage costs, and utilities, to meet financial targets and profitability goals
• Ensuring we maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service across all outlets.
• Regularly audit operations to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Leadership Effectiveness

• Develop team to deliver outstanding customer experiences across the district

Qualifications and requirements:

• Preferably possess any recognised degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification in accounting and/or relevant Professional Qualification

• Attained / Attaining Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) Level 2 Corporate Tax accreditation would be an added advantage
