You will be part of a team of seasoned financial professionals. As a Relationship Manager within the Wealth Banking business, you will be responsible for rendering financial advisory to UOB's mass-affluent customers. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing excellent service for a dedicated group of investors, and will be the centre of a servicing ‘gold standard’. A brief description of responsibilities as follows:

• Supporting the Client Advisers to provide excellent service to high net worth clients & investors, maintaining a high standard of service quality in all work and output

Professional and Technical

A keen interest in the regional wealth management industry – an aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups is essential.

Job Description

• Coordinate with Product Development teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis.
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Assist the Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products.
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data (e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, etc.)
• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
