You are expected to achieve individual sales targets while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process.

• Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions to meet the financial planning needs and requirements of UOB’s clients
• Develop and deepen relationships with clients who have been assigned to you
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)

Job Requirements:

• A recognised university degree
• At least 1 year of relevant financial advisory experience gained in the banking and/or financial services sectors; experienced candidates would be considered for a more senior position
• Good knowledge of wealth management & investment products
• Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients
• Proven ability to exceed sales target
• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of investment clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to grow the client base.

• To develop and execute strategies for attracting new investors and securing investment commitments.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
• ​Identify new business opportunities to grow the client base
• Work closely with other teams to develop investment solutions tailored to the clients' needs, and keep up-to-date with market trends and industry news.

Requirements:

• Possess a pool of accredited investors.
• Successful sales track record as this is a hunter role
• Experience in investment management, financial planning, portfolio management or related fields
• Proven record of effectively guiding clients through investment processes while managing expectations will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the financial market trends, investment products and strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
