Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and grow the bank’s existing corporate client portfolio.

• Acquire and evaluate new clients, structure credit facilities, perform credit assessments, cash flow projections, and loan documentation.

• Conduct thorough KYC checks, ensuring strict adherence to compliance procedures and reporting requirements within the bank’s framework.

• Assess credit risks by conducting detailed financial analysis and preparing credit reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 3 years in managing corporate banking relationships.

• Prior experience in syndication, trade finance, or the commodities sector is highly desirable.

• Strong credit writing and analytical abilities.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Relationship Management & Business Development to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Singapore – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for relationship coverage and business development by marketing the firm’s treasury services (transaction banking services) to key Financial Institutions, including Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) in South and Southeast Asia region.
