KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based in Singapore, you will be part of the global trading team and work hand in hand with Senior Shipping Assistant to provide shipping support for Haier home appliances businesses in the world, including:

L/C Management

• Check the L/C Clauses and give feedback on the L/C clauses and any risks pertaining to the L/C clauses to business department on timely manner.
• Liaise with bankers relating to L/C matters, L/C discrepancy, payment of L/Cs and etc.
• Liaise with bankers relating to D/A and Bill of Exchange (draft) matters.

Document Preparation

• Check shipping documents from vendors in accordance to purchase orders, sales contracts and L/Cs.
• Ensure documents are all correct and no mistakes before send to finance for verification and approval.
• Liaise with vendors or business department for any issues on the documents and to resolve the documents issues on timely manner.
• Keep track and monitor the original documents from vendors.
• Prepare full set of shipping documents strictly to L/Cs, sales contracts and as and when they are new requirements from customers.
• Prepare certificate of origin for Singapore Chamber for endorsements.
• Send documents and shipment advice to our customers within the time frame
• Arrange the despatch of original documents to our customers immediately upon receipt of original documents from vendors and keep track the arrival of original documents to customer hands.
• Ensure L/C documents are cleaned and presented to the banks with the L/C presentation period.

Marine Insurance Agreement

• Discuss with insurance company with detail clause and cost annual.
• Marine Insurance documents making.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum diploma holder with 2 years of shipping assistant experience in manufacturing or trading industry.
• Well versed in import and export L/C clauses and L/C negotiation.
• Knowledge in incoterms, shipping documents and marine insurance coverage.
• Team player, good coordination skills and able to multi-tasking.

Overview of the Team You'll be working in the Cybersecurity Department under the Governance, Risk, and Compliance unit, which reports directly to the CISO. The increasing reliance of businesses on technology means that cybersecurity and IT risk management is a strategically important function within Temasek. The continuous enhancement and implementation of an effective governance and risk management framework to manage technology, data security, and cyber risks across the enterprise will enable Temasek to be better prepared to mitigate and manage these risks in the face of evolving cybersecurity threats. Roles & Responsibilities The role will work closely with the CISO to carry out independent oversight and continuous monitoring of technology and business units' compliance with the cyber and IT risk management (TRM) policies and standards. Formulate and maintain cybersecurity and IT risk managementpolicies and standards, third-party vendor management as well as system criticality frameworks for the firm to ensure effective IT risk compliance and cyber defence . Modernise and optimize conduct of governance and oversight role through adoption of new/emerging technology and application to enable real-time update and maintenance of risk register, third party vendor assessment, leveraging on advanced analytics for trending and compliance monitoring Ensure the conduct of risks assessment and implementation of secure System Development Life cycle (SDLC) by Technology and Business units in their development and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications Conduct periodic and ad-hoc assessments to monitor compliance with cybersecurity and technology policies and security controls design and operating effectiveness; review cybersecurity and technology risks; audit and operational risk issues to identify root causes and trends, and recommend appropriate remediationProvide independent IT and cyber risk management advice to the business, technical & operations groups to contribute towards secure implementation of technology initiatives Drive the review and enhancement of third party vendor risk management and establish a holistic framework and structure to manage this risk Contribute to assessment of vendor risks via pre-contract due diligence processes and ensure development of mitigation plans by Business units Identify and assess the impact of technology risks on projects and ensure effective controls are established by business/technology units to mitigate technology risks arising from change requests, new initiatives and processes Identify and assess emerging risks, and devise effective mitigating controls together with stakeholders Proactively partner risk owners and manage risks to minimize impact from incidents, breaches or non-compliance Deliver technology risk oversight to CISO and Senior Management using data-driven risk reports and ensure maintenance of cyber risk register Conduct regular communication and refresher trainings to maintain a good level of cybersecurity and information risk awareness Support incident response and carry out any other tasks as assigned Requirements At least 6 years of relevant experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT risk management, policy formulation, governance oversight, audits and risk management Bachelor degree (and higher) in information security, engineering, cybersecurity and related field. Professional information security certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CCSK/CCSP, CGEIT, CDPSE, an advantage Possess strong prior experience and knowledge in cyber and IT standards and policy review, oversight and governance, risk management and audit. Experience in cyber strategy and policy formulation and cyber programme execution will be an advantage Strong technical background is important, with proven ability in technical security design and implementation Possess cyber domain knowledge across areas such as AI, cybersecurity technology architecture and solutioning, SOC/MSS, application & infrastructure security, data & information protection, supply chain security, cyber architecture, quantum, cloud computing security and has knowledge of cyber regulations and compliance Good knowledge in industry security practices, frameworks, and standards such as MAS TRM, ISO27001, Cybersecurity Code of Practice, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework including emerging AI related requirements and standards Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive project teams and collaborate across business units and partners to achieve desired end-goals. Job Purpose:  Develop and manage marketing activities of foreign exchange, structured deposits, options, treasury structured products and margin products to our corporate clients and provide treasury solutions to them. Job Responsibilities: Analyze and prepare foreign exchange and interest rate commentaries and technical analysis on the global and regional currency markets and communicate these views effectively to both Relationship Managers and clients Market FX&MM, Interest Rate, OTC option and Treasury Structured Products to corporate clients. Work closely with Relationship Managers to explore opportunities to cross-sell treasury products such as interest rate instruments, FX products and structured finance products. Provide professional advice, market analysis and strategies to meet the treasury needs of the corporate clients Understand the treasury and funding needs of corporate clients and propose solution to them. Provide guidance to the junior Sales team member so as to maximize team’s performance. Work with SG/HK Corporate and FI teams to expand SEA EM FX and Interest Rate business. Assist to cover the duties of other Treasury Sales Team members when necessary. To assist in ad-hoc projects when required by the Head of Treasury and Markets. To work with Business Management Team on product programs in order to enhance the team’s product capabilities.  Job Requirements:  Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in treasury sales / trading / FX markets. Professional Qualifications such as FMRP, CFMAS 1B, 5, 6A.

Commercial

• Support APAC media commercial finance function relating to regional and global client pitches, fee and staffing discussions, regional client contract reviews, client reporting and other ad hoc commercial requests.
• Provide ongoing support to APAC business and market finance teams for regional and global clients, including but not limited to contract queries, fee negotiations, coordinate requests from global and region on finance operation and client reporting matters. Participate in discussions with clients as necessary.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including market finance, business teams, global teams, legal and tax teams where applicable/ necessary to provide complete, accurate and timely deliverables.
• Perform analysis on client profitability and revenue reporting as required. Support business leads to ensure business structure and processes are delivering optimal operating efficiencies. Develop, implement and monitor measures where necessary.
• Support local markets on local market client audits.
• Ad hoc requests from global teams, clients and other business stakeholders. Consolidate and review local market submissions to ensure compliance and consistency across markets.

Communication and Teamwork

• Work closely as a team to ensure that requests and issues are addressed.
• Establish strong communication channels with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure that business issues are efficiently and effectively communicated and feedback obtained on a timely basis.

Responsibilities:   1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.   2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis. Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial projections and alignment with strategic goals.   3. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure timely completion of audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Implement and maintain robust internal control systems.   5. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and future investments. Optimize working capital, minimize financial risks, and maximize returns on surplus funds.   6. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, business unit leaders, and finance team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and achieve financial objectives.   Qualifications:   1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly desirable.   2. Big 4 Audit Experience: Strong background in auditing gained from a reputable Big 4 accounting firm is essential.   3. Real Estate Expertise: Significant experience in the real estate industry is required. Experience in logistics real estate or life science real estate would be advantageous.   4. Financial Management: Proven track record in financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.   5. Regulatory Compliance: Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to the real estate industry in Singapore.   6.
