• CHECK AND ACCOUNT FOR ALL GOODS COLLECTED AND DELIVERED WITH THE DRIVER
• ASSIST IN LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS
• ENSURE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER AND ACKNOWLEDGE BY CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMS
• DAILY COLLECTION & DELIVERY AROUND SINGAPORE LOCATIONS
• OTHER AD-HOC DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY TRAFFIC MANAGERS/COORDINATORS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED INDUSTRY
• COMPUTER LITERAY AND A GOOD TEAM PLAYER
• ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
• ABLE TO COMMIT OVERTIME HOURS
• WORK DAYS: MONDAY - SATURDAY, 5.5 DAYS PER WEEK

Job Description:

• Perform collection and delivery of spares within the required timeframe
• Verify physical part number, serial number and quantity against the picking slip
• Highlight any discrepancy to the store assistant or superior
• Ensure signoff and handover/takeover properly
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Skills/ Requirements:

• Able to work 12 hours morning shift
• Able to carry load up to 10 - 15kg
• Class 3 driving license/Forklift will be added advantage
• Have knowledge in SAP

(A) Specific :

Accounts Receivable Function

• Issuance of invoices and liaise with the operation team.
• Monitoring the collection and liaising with the customers.
• Receiving the cheques from the customer and issuing the Official Receipt.
• Updating the collection in the system and ensure the accounts are updated.

Accounts Payable Function

• Verifying the invoices, recording them to the system and filing.
• Preparing payment voucher & issuing payment and updating them in the system.
• Checking the reimbursement claims, recording in the system and preparing the payment.
• Checking the Sub-Contractors’ invoices and processing the payment.

(B) General :

• Preparing the reports required, liaising with internal / external auditors.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

Job title: Accounts Assistant/Executive, Finance

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Grade: GE/AO

Overall Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are responsible to assist in preparing and maintaining the full set of accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Handling partial Accounts (General Ledger, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable/ Payable)

· Invoicing for Services performed

· Process claims and reimbursements.

· Handling payment vouchers, payments, bank statements and reconciliation

· Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters

· Assist in monthly financial closing including Inter-Company billing, accruals and adjustments

· Assist in preparing quarterly GST returns

· Assist in internal and statutory audit

· Data entry in to SAP Hana/ SOMS for adhoc services

· Perform financial related administrative matters (proper document records keeping etc)

· Other administrative duties as assigned

Key Attributes:

· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of related working experience

· Independent and exercise sound judgement.

· Experienced with Microsoft Business Central/Microsoft Navision/Hyperion will be a plus

· Able to work under pressure to meet reporting timelines

· Willing to pick up and broaden skill sets

· Dynamic, self-driven and an effective team player

· Strong analytical skills

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
