• Serve as primary coverage for the educational contact person for the postgraduate programme.
• Provide administrative support for medical seminars and workshops.
• Manage calendar and coordinate meetings.
• Handling inventory of training related products, corporate gifts, and corporate collateral.
• Maintain intranet pages for relevant department.
• Handle relevant phone calls, mails.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or equivalent
