Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and tracking of the ERP Project, including resource allocation and time management.
• Assist in coordinating with various internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Assist in the entire system setup process, including discussions, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving them to keep the project on track.
• Assist in customizing the ERP system to best fit the company’s operations and functions, ensuring the system meets business requirements and enhances efficiency.

Job Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to handle multi-disciplinary tasks efficiently.
• Independent individual with strong ownership and initiative to complete tasks.
• Proven ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills for discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and systems, such as Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data using tools like Excel (experience with visualization tools is a bonus).
• Knowledge of Cloud, Security, and Server technology is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Finance.
• Compliance: Process invoices/ claims in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintenance of Master Records: Update vendor master records and ensure integrity of data.
• Data Analytics and Dashboarding: Analyse data to identify trends and/ or anomalies and prepare dashboards for reporting.
• Reporting: Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all payable and expenditure entries are accurate and complete, with compliance to expenditure policies and regulations. Prepare audit schedules and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Governance: Provide support queries from internal and external audit.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to pay vendors promptly and streamline the payable and payment process.
• Customer service: Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing customer support and resolving queries promptly.
• Process Optimization: Analyse payable processes to identify areas for improvement and work with IT to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Policy Review: Gather feedback and suggest refinements to policy to strengthen control.
• System Implementation and Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of system implementations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and conduct UAT for new systems or features, ensuring they meet business requirements and function correctly before full deployment.

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline, or individuals currently pursuing CA qualifications with ISCA.
• Fresh graduate with relevant competencies may be considered.
• Experience with system changes implementations and UAT.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and databases.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (SAP, Oracle etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong interest in data management, RPA and data analytics.
• Familiar with BI tools (e.g. Qlik sense, Power BI, Tableau, RPA) has an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Interesting personality with can-do spirit.
• Candidates with relevant academic, professional qualifications and experience could be considered for the Assistant Manager title.

Job Scope

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing of the service of the Restaurant.
• In-charging the restaurant when Restaurant Manager is not around.
• Greeting and coordinating the guests’ seats and assign guests to tables suitable to the size of each group.
• Recording and reporting all food-related complaints to the Chef immediately.
• Ensuring team briefings are carried out before each service period.
