Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skill

Other Requirements

• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Singaporean, prior experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of security projects, including technical design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress towards targets, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Assist in preparing technical proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering fields
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems and solutions

Other responsibilities include removing rubbish, washing bins and disinfecting the entire kitchen to meet health and safety standards. The Assistant Cook will also maintain the kitchen inventory, buy and store ingredients and clear the refrigerators.
