Job Description
- Candidate is required to be fluent in Japanese as they will be servicing Japanese clients, with regular liaison to Japanese HQ.
- Support card member by providing tourist and local information, reservation work and assistance with all credit card related matter
- Always follow up on requests made by customers
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Deal with all enquiries as well as complaints made by customers in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone, online via Line or via email.
- Keep current promotion, tourist and local information provided for the card member up-to-date
- Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the card member (year-long offer)
- Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish the relationships with new merchants
Requirments
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Relevant working experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred
- Strong customer service skill and ability to handle demanding customers
- Good communication skills and able to speak Japanese to service Japanese clients and correspond with Japanese HQ.
