Position Objective

The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Register and schedule appointments for patients.
• Answer inquiries from patients.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Prepare case notes and other required forms.
• Ensure the clinic facility is in good order.
• Provide other day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by the supervising head (e.g. handle laundry and purchase refreshments and stationery).
• Billing – raise invoices and collect payments.
• Claims – prepare and submit claims (e.g. MediSave / insurance claims).
• Upkeep the pharmacy – order drugs and manage inventory.
• Rotate to other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group for Clinic Assistant role.
• Perform chaperone duties.
• Assist in pre-operations, intra-operations and post-operations.
• Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Others or equivalent.
• Good IT skills
• Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.

Social media and digital marketing duties

• Manage social media marketing and content strategy.
• Plan for social media ad buys, which include follow-up such as monitoring, optimizing and reporting.
• Develop and recommend marketing activities to increase online sales.
• Create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Assist in Google Adwords and user engagement and suggest content optimization efforts.
• Work closely with sales, operations and marketing teams across the organisation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties within marketing such as support for events.

Web content management duties:

• Maintains content for the company’s e-Commerce website, with responsibilities for technological aspects as well as site content.
• Ongoing web strategy and overseeing website operation, with particular attention to content and site maintenance.
• Updates website content, including information, images, calendar content, schedules, graphics, etc., according to the changing needs of the promotions
• Stay knowledgeable about the site's subject area.

This is a 12-Months PART TIME CONTRACT ROLE based in Singapore.

Weekly schedule of 20 Hours per Week (Flexible), Monday to Friday.

• Responsibilities include
• Make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of your manager to provide complex calendar management, spanning multiple global time-zones which allow your managers to stay focused on their initiatives.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including passport and visa requirements.
• Coordinate team off-site events, broader region, and regional events; drive communications and productivity while managing to budget.
• Create and share maintenance of internal SharePoint sites for the cross group and global collaboration, policies, best practices, Rhythm of the Business (ROB) updates, awards processes, etc.
• Support the teams with raising Purchase Orders (PO) and help with procurement process and advice as needed.
• Assist in managing and reporting from internal CRM tool; work with area leads to identify improvement areas to increase efficiency and effectiveness of resources for the largest sales opportunities in the region.

This role will be responsible to develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies, cost optimization, and strategic supplier relationships management. Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and execute procurement strategies aligned to corporate objectives. You will establish, monitor and oversee performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with partners to deliver strategic solutions and coordinate approach to cross-category vendors and key strategic suppliers. You will maintain close interaction with suppliers and internal business partners to ensure procurement needs are addressed while fostering a customer-centric approach to solving issues.Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies, procedures and regulations. You will provide leadership for building and implementing procurement strategies, processes, and policy through active oversight of functional teams and projects, and mentor functional leaders through collaboration and the development of sustainable sourcing and procurement solutions. You will also be responsible for conveying corporate business initiatives, providing direction thereof, and drive a clear understanding of line of sight within your team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management, strategic sourcing and category management. Drive, design and implementation of supply chain operational excellence and business process management
• Act as lead for SCM by working within team and cross functional teams in projects for new tender bids, process improvement with focus on but not limited to, efficiency, costs and maintaining a long-term commitment by evaluating probable financial (e.g. contribute to gross margin growth, etc.) and operational impact.
• Analyze current approaches to identify opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project. execution, materials, sourcing, workflows, and costs.
• Deliver presentations and effectively articulate pros and cons, facts and figures, and broad business topics to various stakeholders including senior management team.
• Assist with development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with the strategy and controlling of budget on costs as a strategic partner
• Monitoring of other SCM KPIs, generate monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.
• Develop effective relationships with Executive management, Functional and Country Leadership, Site Management and report regularly to these key stakeholders on progress.

Strategic Impact

• To drive a holistic, and continuous evaluation and re-evaluation of the sourcing activities in the organization to achieve lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) along with minimal supply chain risk
• Analyze spend category, conduct market research and benchmark category trends, create and manage multi-year strategic sourcing strategies, and implement programs that provide a competitive advantage; identify synergies and develop strategies to capture cross-project opportunities
• Manage complex request for proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotation (RFQs), Request for Information
• (RFIs) and review tender / bids using lowest bid, lowest cost per quality point or best value analyses.
• Creates contract, negotiates terms, and implements services.
• Responsible for developing sourcing strategies for commercial procurement categories. Develop deep category, product and supplier knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Create a Valuable Business Partnership

• Provide regular high-quality category communications to relevant stakeholders to ensure the businesses have a thorough understanding of the value of procurement initiatives, industry best practices, trends and category knowledge, etc.
• Responsible for establishing and managing service level agreements and performance metrics to ensure acceptable service levels are delivered across the BUs.

Operational Excellence (Team, Tools, Process etc)

• Assist in leading the Strategic procurement team to actively and continuously foster a culture that places top priority on product / service quality, product / service safety, and supplier performance.
• Challenge existing processes and constantly drive an innovative culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain management team
• Undertake adequate analysis enable effective supplier negotiations which deliver a sound cost base
• Support the development of AOP and forecasts with the business; proactively develop strategies to achieve Plan and forecasts

Supplier Strategy and Performance Management

• To develop, maintain, and execute overall supplier and category strategies to continuously improve our capacity and capability to ensure achievements of overall business objectives
• Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to identify areas of improvement and to drive innovative solutions. Resolves vendor disputes. Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely supply of high-quality products and services while maintaining focus on superior customer service
• Lead all quality aspects of Supplier Performance Management and improvement activities including deployment of KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and regular review of performance with suppliers
• Cascade performance metrics, policies, and procedures across our supply base
• Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors. Develops and implements strategies to optimize contract negotiations, contract renewals, invoicing and conducts visits to evaluate vendor performance.
• Monitor supplier performance to program deliverables and quality. Conduct root-cause analysis and develop and implement countermeasures as needed, including ownership of our supplier Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, or other related business domains, or certified professional in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 5-10 years of Procurement and Supply Chain Leadership experience in similar capacity
• Ideally with industry exposure to Real Estate, FM, Engineering, Design or Construction
• Strong communication skills with ability to comprehend, analyse, interpret complex business documents
• Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
