• Help execute the brand communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local offices in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Contribute to the development, management, and enhancement of regional branded materials, and manage the global assets provided by the HQ CC division.

External Communication: Enhancing company public image

• Support managers in developing an annual communication plan and oversee projects to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with managers to implement the communication plan, working with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local offices in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Assist managers in researching, proposing, and implementing new or improved communication strategies, such as enhancing the company website, developing regional social media strategies, and utilizing other relevant touchpoints.

Internal Communication: Strengthening employee engagement

• Support managers in creating and executing an internal communication plan, including events, to foster transparency and knowledge sharing. This will help employees understand company’s brand, business operations, talent pool, and future opportunities across entities and local offices in Asia and Oceania.

Crisis Communication

• Understand and follow crisis communication procedures as outlined by GHQ.
• Assist in providing support to GHQ as needed.
• Help provide regional crisis communication guidance and training to employees.

Manage Outsourced Vendors and Partners

• Lead and/or assist in managing outsourced vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of communication plans while adhering to schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in communications, branding, marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in branding and/or corporate communication within the maritime industry is an advantage. However, candidates without direct maritime industry experience, but with a strong understanding of the industry, will also be highly valued.
• Ability to develop communication plans under the guidance of a manager.
• Capable of assisting managers in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Proven creativity and project management capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across different divisions, countries, and entities.
• Motivated to explore new areas, adaptable, resourceful, and a strong team player.
• Solid understanding and experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication channels.

OUTBOUND

• Pick goods accurately from specified locations
• Label, pack & place goods neatly in Outbound area
• Complete Pick & Pack for daily deliveries
• Ensure proper handover of goods & documents, to & from delivery contractor
• Submit completed documents to Customer Service team, after verification

INBOUND

• Acknowledge receipt of goods upon handover by freight forwarder/delivery contractor
• Check physical condition (ie. Quantity, condition) and segregate goods by lot/serial number
• Put-away received items into assigned locations within stipulated timeframe.
• Indicate goods receipt information clearly on document (ie. Packing List/Invoice), and submit to Customer Service team within stipulated timelines
• Dispose unwanted materials at assigned areas within the same workday

WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY

• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, neat & tidy condition at all times
• Housekeep locations to maximize storage capacity & to facilitate easy picking
• Segregate unsalable goods in Quarantine location
• Execute weekly cycle count according to scheduled plan

About the Role

You will help to develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent client services. You are also expected to help identify new business opportunities and be involved in practice development activities.

Your role encompasses, but is not limited to, leading a team of driven professionals and managing a portfolio of clients to deliver high quality services in areas such as ESG consulting, data governance/analytics, internal audits and pre-IPO internal controls review (non-IT and IT-related), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reviews, business process improvements, risk management, grant certifications etc. within time budget. In addition to developing and/or reviewing work programmes and findings, you are to identify and recommend lasting improvements to processes, frameworks and governance and be able to benchmark financial and operational processes and controls as well as perform controls optimisation.

You will be expected to work closely with the partners/directors of the SG Group to shape, build and grow the SG team. As part of the SG management team, you will also coach, train and mentor your team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience for managers and 7 years for senior managers within a professional service firm, medium size and Big 4 accounting firms or MNC.
• Bachelor degree (Accountancy, Information Systems or equivalent) from a local/recognised overseas university or industry recognised qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA etc
• Working knowledge of IIA standards and excellent knowledge of global internal controls, risk management and governance standards (e.g., COSO, SOX, ISO standards, Singapore’s Code of Corporate Governance etc.)
• Prior experience in ESG consulting or IT audits including the use of data analytics tools, will be an advantage.
