We are looking for an Account & HR Administrator to support in administrative and operations. You should be comfortable with multitasking various administrative matters and large quantities of data in a timely manner.

Description and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks in the absence of the HR personnel.
• Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the work passes matter with Accounts personnel.
• Preparing, submitting, and liaising for MOM survey matter.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for HR-related matters such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Ordering Stationery for Office every two months.
• Provide Administrative Support to Accounts & HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma certificate in any subject.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, well-organized and with the ability to multitask.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
• Candidate should be familiar with using MS Outlook as our emailing tool within the office workstation.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

What you will be working on
• Develop strong partnerships with secondary schools
• Plan and develop effective online and offline activities to engage with prospective students and educators
• Create marketing, publicity and content materials (EDMs, posters, infographics etc) to generate mindshare and awareness of TP target audiences

What we are looking for

• Qualification in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience, with minimum 2 years of experience in communications and engagement
• Prior experience in implementing and executing outreach and engagement activities from inception to execution
• Strong understanding of youth trends, engagement and marketing activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a collaborative attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented work environment
