Able to assist in tender pricing of ACMV project/ Alteration & Additional Work.

2. Data Entry for the project material delivery, Bill of Quantity and Tender Pricing.

3. Serves as liaison between the user and in-house contractor on all ACMV related system.

4. Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water) for individual room

5. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them

6. Control and supervise workmen to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety are complied.

7. Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors

Inventory Management

Track Inventory Levels: Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply.

Stock Replenishment: Assist in inventory replenishment to supermarket by communicating with internal teams to reorder items

Inventory Audits: Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

Order Processing

Picking and Packing: Assist in order picking and packing, ensuring that items are correctly selected and packaged according to customer specifications.

Shipment Preparation: Ensure that orders are prepared for shipment, with accurate labels, documentation, and shipping instructions.

Warehouse organisation

Stock Placement: Help organise inventory within the warehouse, following a structured system for easy access and flow.

Space Utilization: Assist in optimizing warehouse space by following guidelines for product storage and maximizing storage capacity.

Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the warehouse is clean and well-maintained, adhering to safety and health regulations.

Data Entry and Reporting

Record Keeping: Update and maintain to track inventory, shipments, and orders.

Generate Reports: Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports on stock levels, order status, and other warehouse activities.
